Business Development Associate

Hashir works closely with the senior management to implement Novai's commercial strategies. This includes positioning the company's services in the target market, identifying and researching potential clients, and working closely with them to understand how Novai's technology can help them. Hashir is also responsible for marketing the company through social media and industry events. 

After graduating from the National University of Singapore with a BSc in Chemistry, Hashir first worked for a food-tech start-up before trying his hand at venture building at a leading tech incubator. Over the last year, he has gained experience in business development in the clinical research industry, marketing contract research services to pharmaceutical and biotech companies.
